Sorry about the lack of posts....again. I really have nothing to write about. I was thinking of a Tony Danza post but that just seems lazy, no?
I had my second strangest Chinese food experience yesterday in Rocklin (a suburb) that was kind of interesting.
If I haven't described my strangest experience yet, it invovles bird spit.

Yo Davis. As for Anonymous, I'm actually very familiar with the Old Firm (my favourite derby), but I'm curious as to why the link? Speaking of links, my "Bird's nest soup" link sends me to wikipedia's page on the "bird" rather than the soup. Strange.

Ahh, hello, I would like to apologize for not posting on the last blog. I am interested in this chinese food story of yours. I did not know birds could spit. I think anonymous is McClune trying to give his blog more followers.
McClune, it appears your Raiders got the better of my Chiefs yesterday. I hesitate to use the word "better" because they both stink, and will more than likely finish second to last and dead last in the NFL.

As for the Raiders, I'm sort of off them right now. I was a fair weather fan in the Gannon years and I'm not afraid to admit it. I still think Rich Gannon is the greatest QB that ever lived. In addition to the '83 draft, I think the Chiefs biggest mistake was letting him go in favor of Elvis Grbac (sp?), at least I think that's what happened. My NFL memory is terrible. Right now I'm only really interested in Adrian Peterson (former Sooner)but I'm not a Vikings fan, only a casual obvserver.

my relatives on my mom's side of the family tried to make me eat it. i think i had the same problem at the time i heard it was bird spit. but for the sake of health, I am now taking it regularly.
btw, i don't buy the super-expensive kind like old people do. the ready-to-drink kind at the stores are pretty affordable. (e.g. www.geocities.jp/hongkong_bird_nest/index_e.htm)
