Ahhh...to be young and unemployed during the world cup
It is upon us, the beautiful game at it's best. The World Cup kicked off this morning @ 1700 hours (Munich time) and featured an emphatic win by a Ballack-less German side. It is my goal (pardon the pun) to watch every minute of every game save for a few cig breaks. Quite a few cig breaks. And, as I am writing this to you, there has yet to be a response to my Salacious Crumb post, very dissapointing. Make sure you're future comments are in regards to both the World Cup and Salacious. Salacious makes me smile.
Here's tommorow's games along with my predictions:
England v. Paraguay
3-1 to England
Trinidad & Tobago v. Sweden
4-0 to Sweden
Argentina v. Ivory Coast
2-2
Let me know you're predictions as well. There may be a few upsets.
Here's some questions
1) Who are you rooting for?
My answer: France
2) Who do you think will be top scorer? Henry, Ronaldo, Klose, Drogba, Crouch, Adriano, Toni, Shevchenko, Raul, Van Persie, Van Nistelrooy, Owen, Crespo, Ibrahimovich, Larsson, Adebayor, etc, etc?
My answer: Klose or Henry (yes, I know Klose has already scored twice)
P.S. Right now I'm drinking a beer called Bavaria and it's made in Holland (also a country I fancy for a World Cup win).

I think Salacious Crumb is a fantastic character. Very underappreciated as well. I have never had a sex dream about Mr. Crumb, but I think I might try to tonight.
As far as the football matches (or soccer, for us foolish Americans), I watched the replay of the glorious Germany victory earlier today. I must be honest and say that I don't have a whole lot of knowledge about the teams and who is favored to win most of the matches. I have heard a lot of talk about Brazil being a powerhouse, having won the World Cup on several occassions. Part of me, a small part mind you, thinks it would be kind of funny to see the Americans win the whole thing. It would definitely give the rest of the world more of a reason to hate us. Just imagine, a team coming from a country where no one seems to give a shit about soccer, winning the biggest prize for soccer/football. I think there would be riots. Anyway, aside from looking at mass amounts of porn tonight, I'm going to read up on my soccer/football so I have something more intelligent to add in the near future. Safe.
Good comments Jeff. A U.S. win would piss so many people off. It would be great, but I'm still not rooting for them because I don't really like any of the players.
England 1 Paraguay 0
I got up a 5:45 am to watch the game.
I will cheer for the U.S. I don't really know any players and that is why. i write this as i take a shit.
Just got finished watching the Sweden v. Trinidad & Tobago match. My prediction was 4-0 to Sweden. Actual result 0-0. Way off. Vince I'm surprised that you have nothing to say about Salacious. Up next is Ivory Coast (Cote D'voire) v. Argentina. Should be a great game. 2 Arsenal players on Ivory Coast.
I'm watching the Argentina v. Ivory Coast match as we speak. I just saw Argentina go up 1-0, but it's only in the 27th minute. We'll see how it turns out. I have to say that I like the colors of the Ivory Coast's flag. It's the flip-flop of Ireland's flag.
With every ounce of focusing before I went to bed, I still could not have a Salacious Crumb sex dream. Maybe tonight will be the night.
With the score at 2-0 in favor of Argentina, I decided to do some web surfing. On Yahoo! I found 'this day in history.' Apparently, on this day in 1935 Alcoholics Anonymous was founded. There were some wars declared, etc., but that I thought was important. It also gives a quote of the day:
"If you play with a thing long enough, you will surely break it" - Corollary to 'Murphy's Law'
I just Hope that doesn't apply to playing with weiners.
Very pretty design! Keep up the good work. Thanks.
